Moschino

Milan, 6 May 2005 - On the occasion of the 2005 International Eyewear Exhibition in Milan (MIDO), MOSCHINO will present a new optical collection comprising 17 new models: eight in metal and nine in acetate.

The new Autumn/Winter 2005-2006 collection thrills with its classic colour options and sophisticated details. Restrained colours are reinterpreted in a classic mode, accompanied by elegant decorative details that play against the luminosity of rhinestones and the lustre of metal.

MO 3728 (metal)
An extremely lightweight model comprising an acetate frame and slim, elegantly profiled metal arms. The squared styling and broad lines of the frame complement the special heel, which features a stunning flower decoration whose coloured enamel petals enfold two Swarovski crystals. MO 3728 is jewellery, not just eyewear, and a model that graces the wearer's face with glamour and femininity.
There are five colour options. Transparent, pastel shades prevail, including 642 in sky blue with an ocean blue decorative motif.

MO 3258 (combination with metal frame and acetate arms)
Assertive styling and whistle-clean lines characterise MO 3258, a model with an all-metal frame. This modern accessory is ideal for both male and female faces. The metallic colours of the frame contrast with the chromatic effects of the two-layer acetate arms, which are enhanced by a metal plaque bearing an engraved Moschino logo. Colour option 539S is subtly restrained, making it ideal for male wearers. The brown-effect frame combines with two-layer tobacco arms that are more intense on the outside and lighter in colour inside.

MO 3727 (acetate)
Clean, streamlined styling is the keynote of this dynamic, modern model. The squared, lean frame converges into an assertive, well-defined heel. The slim, even arms are both decorated with a metal plaque bearing an engraved Moschino logo. The range of colours is fresh and bright, with several new acetate variations to the fore, including 635, with polished black on the outside matched with a dappled effect on the inside.
